Yes. From August 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026, you pay $0 for an AK technician to come out and diagnose a heating or cooling problem. Free service call applies with completed diagnostic during the promotional period. Repair costs, if needed, are separate.
What happens if the technician finds something that needs fixing?
You get the diagnosis, your options, and the price before any work starts. Repair costs are separate from the free service call, and nothing gets repaired until you approve it.
Does this cover heating, or only air conditioning?
Both. Furnaces, central air, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats all qualify. If it heats or cools your home, the diagnostic visit is covered.
Do I have to be an existing customer?
No. The offer is open to any homeowner in our Northeast Ohio service area, whether we have been out before or not.
When exactly does the offer end?
August 31, 2026. It does not run into September, and it ends earlier if our August schedule fills up first.
