Real project spotlights and results
Real jobs, written up with the parts that are usually left out — what the customer first noticed, what we found once the wall or the floor was open, why we chose the approach we did, and what it cost in time and disruption. These are useful mainly for recognising your own situation in someone else's, and for seeing how a diagnosis actually gets made rather than just the finished result. Where a job went sideways or the first diagnosis turned out wrong, we say so — that tends to be the more instructive half.
